Originally recorded in 2001, this instrumental album is being digitally released for the first time on bandcamp. Still Rise, recorded when the duo was in their teens, beckons to a time when kids were kids and free. Adam's thoughtful guitar constructs a playground for David's moving violin melodies. The album, in its entirety, takes you on a beautiful journey. Featuring emotional tracks like "For Her," and the joyfully optimistic "Jumping Stars," Still Rise is easy to listen to and get lost in. Music filled the cafeteria where the two musicians, Adam Tierney (guitar), and David Binanay (violin), went to high school. They were practicing for the talent show. Graduation parties and NC summer porches led up to the album "Still Rise." They found the stage at Six String Cafe and played packed houses.
